Material Master
Create your fresh material-code register.
Add Material
Import Materials from Excel
Upload .xlsx, .xls, or .csv. The first worksheet is read. Use a header row with columns such as Material Code, Material Description, Unit, Opening Quantity, Valuation Rate, and Storage Location.
Material Register
Material in Hand — Previous FY Carry Forward
Keep material issued before the financial year start as carry-forward material, separately for every WBS and scheme.
Carry-forward rule: Financial year starts on 1 July. Import the previous-period issuance register here. The balance sheet uses only the carry-forward rows assigned to the project FY and counts dated transactions from that FY start onward. Excel dates are ignored for carry-forward eligibility. Every valid row in this import is treated as carry-forward material, regardless of any date present in the file. Each source row remains separate; material is never merged across schemes or WBS codes.
Import Previous FY Issuance Register
Required columns: Material Code, Quantity, Scheme Name and WBS. Any date column is ignored, and Reference No is optional for carry-forward material. Description and Rate are automatically filled from Material Master using Material Code when blank; unknown codes are added to Material Master when saved (using the Excel description/unit/rate where available). Team and Amount are optional. Each row remains separate by source row, Scheme Name and WBS; repeated codes are not merged.
Material in Hand Register
Scheme Stock Balance
See material still outstanding against each scheme/WBS, including carry-forward, issued material, consumption and returns.
Balance method: Opening carry-forward for the selected project FY + transactions and consumption dated on or after that FY start. Earlier transactions are excluded from current-year movements to prevent duplicate opening stock. The report keeps material codes separate and does not combine different schemes or WBS codes. Confirm the figures against source issue and consumption documents.
Scheme / WBS Summary
Material Balance Detail
Select “Open Balance Sheet” against any scheme above to view its full project details and material-wise balance in a separate window.
Stock Transactions
Record receipts, issues, returns, transfers, and adjustments. Consumption is recorded separately in Material Consumption.
Each transaction updates the material balance. For transfers between projects or warehouses, record an authorized outgoing and incoming transaction and retain the reference number.
Record Transaction
Bulk Stock Transactions — Multiple Material Codes
Enter or paste one material per line. Format: Material Code, Quantity (optional third column: Notes). You can paste rows copied from Excel. Date, transaction type, project, location, and reference apply to every row in this batch. All rows are validated before any are saved.
One document number applies to every material row in this batch.
Upload Excel Material Codes — Auto-Fill Description & Unit
For normal transactions, upload a list of material codes and enter quantities. For any transaction type, upload the complete Excel register with Date, Reference No., Material Code, Material Description, Unit, Quantity, Scheme Name and WBS. Every row is retained separately, including repeated material codes. Date, reference, scheme and WBS are taken from each Excel row. Description and unit are taken from Excel first, then Material Master.
Transaction History
Document Register
View all stock transaction documents, add supporting documents, download attachments, and print document summaries.
How this works: Stock documents are listed automatically from saved transactions and grouped by document number. You can add a supporting file or a manual document record. Attachments are stored in this browser, so keep files reasonably small and export backups regularly.
Add / Attach a Document
All Documents
Document Details / Attachments
Select View on a document to see its transaction lines and attached files.
Material Consumption
Track issued material awaiting consumption, consumption documents, and balances separately from stock transactions.
Important: Consumption entries do not reduce warehouse stock again. Stock is reduced when material is issued. This sheet reconciles material issued to a scheme against material consumed and records the consumption document number. You may also record a material consumed on a scheme even when it was not issued under the selected issue document; it will be flagged as Not Issued Against Selected Document.
Record Consumption
Issued Material — Consumption Pending / Balance by Scheme and Issue Document
Upload .xlsx, .xls, or .csv. Required columns: IBC and Scheme Name. Scope is a separate optional field. Optional columns: Cluster, FY, WBS, Kick Off Date, Kickoff Conducted By, Advance RO No, CRO Number, Team, User. Scheme identity is based only on the exact combination of WBS, Scheme Name, and Advance RO No. If any of these changes, the record is treated as a new scheme, even when IBC or Cluster is the same. Rows with the same identity can combine CRO numbers.

Project-Wise Labour Utilization
Daily labour, supervisor and vehicle counts for K.E. and all other client projects.
Enter daily counts for each project. Totals are resource-days (for example, 8 labourers recorded on 3 days = 24 labour-days). This register does not create payroll expenses or mark anyone paid.

Application Audit Trail
Review logged changes to material, stock, project, invoice, expense, consumption, document, and accounting records.
Audit events are generated when saved records are created, changed, or deleted. This browser-side log is intended for operational review; for tamper-resistant compliance, audit events must also be written and protected on the server.
From Date cannot be later than To Date.
Scheme Expenses
Record all project/scheme costs by date, category, payment details, and reference.
Record expenses separately from commercial invoices and material stock. Examples include material issuance/transportation, service costs, labour, office expenses, equipment, fuel, permits, and other scheme-related costs.
